Placed an order 14th March, after 6 weeks and many emails, the order had never been shipped. So they said they would ship immediately and I would have in a couple of days.
23rd May again after many emails I get a reply from customer services to say the parcel got lost...
I said I wanted a full refund and some form of compensation due to them having my money for over 2 months.
I finally got a refund but nothing else and no longer replying to my messages, so thought I would warn people just in case this happens to you.
