THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD TO ENCOUNTER EVER. The wrong sofa was delivered to me in the beginning of January. I had to pay to external service to get it delivered to the flat, as sklum only delivers to the door of the house. When I realized it was a wrong item, they said they’ll call the logistics company to pick it up.... then they said it 7 times more for every email I ever sent. Not a single time was I contacted by the logistics company. Moreover, it would only be picked up from the door downstairs, which for me ( girl living alone) would mean I have to pay again for someone to bring it downstairs for something I didn’t want and was not my fault! So i would pay twice for having a huge ugly box laying in my flat for almost two months now with shorty service and no guarantees that it will be picked up at all. At that point I just want to get rid of the thing and get my money back!!
