Why can you not give zero stars? I have posted before – but I will post again – as this is still not resolved from MAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am starting to think this company is a scam. Ordered a childrens bed in May. My childs first bed, an important purchase for him. Turned up, couldn't make straight away as decorating room. But when we did – we noticed 2 legs were incorrect parts. They said end of July to turn up – as out of stock. Got a dispatch note in August, still no legs. Was made to wait a month before querying. Turns out it was a logistical error from Spain. The legs should go out next week. This was on the 3rd September. Still heard nothing. They have since offered me 10% off my next purchase! Come on Sklum, if you can't sort this out within 5 months, you shouldn't be operating as a furniture company. I would appreciate a phone call tomorrow. Order: WJXGUMXJH BED LEGS
