BAD. MUY MAL. This is the worst company. I ordered the Menfis Teak TV Stand. The first one was damaged and I returned it for an exchange. The second also arrive damaged and I tried to return it. Damaged so badly it couldn't be put together. First customer service is only available on Monday 9-4 and Friday 9-2. I received it on Friday at 8pm. The following Monday was a holiday and customer service was closed. So the first time I could call was the following Friday. I also emailed and tried to do the online return which wouldn't work. When I called on the following Friday they refused to take the return. When I posted a review saying so they said that it was my fault for not returning during the 48 hour window. I tried every way to contact with no availability since the customer service option is only available on certain days and if it is on a holiday you can't contact. This company is the worst. Now I have a broken piece of furniture that I paid 269 Euro for. BAD BAD BAD
