Terrible customer service! Purchased over £300 worth of furniture but order never confirmed. Payment was taken from me. I called and was greeted by a very rude male service member who informed me it wasn't their fault but to send an email. Email was ignored for 3 days, despite me chasing daily. Called today and was cut off in the queue 5 times before my call was answered. Customer service rep said to put through the order again but the discounts I applied at the time had now expired. Said that I could pay full price and they'd try and refund the discount if I got in touch after I made the order but given that I'd already had a terrible experience contacting them I decided I'd purchase somewhere less shady and incompetent.
