f you are buying from the UK, I would not recommend Sklum. The delivery time is very lengthy compared to other companies with similar items. I paid on the 8th of October, and the order was processed 10 days later, then arrived on the 28th. What made everything terrible was that they sent the wrong item (a chair instead of a shelving unit)! The incident process is even worst. You need to hand sing a document assuring you are in goodwill (who would put themselves through an incident process?), then send 3/4 pictures, TWICE. Once this avoidable paperwork is done, DHL comes to our place to get the item (and they don't even give you a receipt that they got the item). While dealing with all this, the SKLUM customer service notified me that the correct item wouldn't be sent until they don't receive back the wrong thing!!! This is very unfair as the mistake is on them. So now I need to wait another 20-30 days before getting the correct item (if they manage to send the one I bought...) Do not buy from them if you live in the UK.
