I purchased a lot of things for a new home we bought in Spain. We were there for a month and thought we would have time to receive everything before returning to NY. Mistake number one. As I now know, NOTHING they send gets to you on time or together. For instance, one pair of lower chairs for the living room came separately, one arriving after we left. I had my sister in law open and assemble it when she had availability. The chair came broken and this is the crazy part. When I reached out to them, they said that I was requesting an exchange after the 30 day window. Sklum, I’f YOU had delivered the product in the time WINDOW stated when I purchased, I would have reached out sooner. So, let me understand, I have to accept your sloppy, inconsistent and inaccurate schedule but have to follow your rule constrains. A very asymmetrical accountability practice. Insane ans delusional. For anyone reading this, if you live in Spain, Cave Home is a much more reliable company.
