I ordered 15 chairs on their site. After it was written that shipping was garantied within 5 days, they actually sent the furnitures 3 weeks after I ordered them and I received them after the 4th one.
I could have understood that problems happen but I actually needed the merchandise to arrive on time.
While I kept waiting, when I received the products, they gave me only 14 chairs and told me that the last one would arrive the next day. Well, on the next day, they arrived with... a lightbulb...
I asked it to be replaced or refunded, gave proof that it's not the right merchandise. They wouldn't move..
Bottom line, I paid a light bulb the price of a chair. Thank you Sklum...
