Remember the difficulties I had when delivery of the goods was late and I was trying to establish when I might actually receive them. Told ‘the system says they were delivered three days ago’. You advise them the system is incorrect and precious little true assistance followed.
Case of nice product range but poor customer support. Would I buy from them again… Certainly not. Had a significant shopping list ready pending a satisfactory resolve when I went to see them… Now in the bin. Not worth any more stress nor risk… Be careful…
