Sklum sent two very different bean bed loungers. One bulkier and heavier than the other rendering it difficult to move as straps are in danger of coming away and uncomfortable to lay on…. Rang three times and wrote 11 times. Nothing. Round and round we went. Finally in desperation made a visit to their offices. Long drive but believed I might finally resolve matters. What a waste of time. Seems they have outsourced the customer support and no accountability. Was told to go back to customer support despite explaining the lengths I had already gone to… Remember the difficulties I had when delivery of the goods was late and I was trying to establish when I might actually receive them. Told ‘the system says they were delivered three days ago’. You advise them the system is incorrect and precious little true assistance followed. Case of nice product range but poor customer support. Would I buy from them again… Certainly not. Had a significant shopping list ready pending a satisfactory resolve when I went to see them… Now in the bin. Not worth any more stress nor risk… Be careful…
