As far as I understand, Sklum did not even ship my paid product to me. However, Sklum's customer support specialist is trying to blame the delivery company for that.
Regardless of who exactly is to blame for the loss of my order, I do not understand why I should suffer. Sklum should have immediately sent me the missing item or refunded my money, but neither happened.
Customer support works poorly. I receive one letter a day, the problem hasn't been solved for almost 2 weeks and it is unknown how many more weeks it will take to solve it.
Previously, I recommended Sklum to the expat community in Portugal, but now I am incredibly disappointed, regret it, and have to take my words back.
It is a shame that such a wonderful store is losing its reputation due to the poor service of its employees.
I found many comments on LinkedIn in which people call Sklum scammers because they also became victims of your customer service, namely complete indifference, and lack of ability to solve the problem.
I tried to resolve the issue peacefully and privately, but now my goal is to warn everyone who wants to place an order in Sklum that you risk losing your money and getting a lot of stress instead of the expected product.
