I am absolutely appalled by the blatant scamming tactics of this company. We placed an order for nine products, and they had the audacity to deliver only two of them. When we reported the missing seven items, they claimed the issue was "resolved" despite us receiving nothing further. To make matters worse, there is no contact email to reach out for assistance, leaving us completely in the dark. This company is clearly engaging in fraudulent activities. They are stealing from customers and must be involved in something illegal. We are seriously starting with a demand letter, followed by debt collection, and taking them to court if necessary. This is a warning to anyone considering doing business with them: stay far away. Order number is SNABWNPPD, and placed end of May. Still not resolved.
