SKLUM delivered a broken garden chair. First of all it is impossible to reach them. Only when you put a negative review online, they react. But no action. In our case the could not say when they would deliver the chairs. In the end they did during our holiday. After we came home we opened the box and saw broken chair. We reported this. But They say you have to do within 14 days. Which is impossible when they can not tell you when they deliver, and you are on holiday. The fact is you pay lot of money fro a broken product and SKLUM pretend it is normal. We will never buy here again. A horrible company.
