The worst. We have order of a exterior sofa made 1 month ago and it seems that our sofa is stuck at the transport company saying that they couldnt find the address. We asked for the address of the courier but Sklum doesnt want to give us. They dont want to make us a refund either. They are making now everyday reclamation to the transport company for like 10 days in a row. No call, no information and no refund. But we are charged. The worst online store ever.
