Don't order from this company! This whole experience with Sklum has been a nightmare. First off they took forever to deliver the goods, second off, one of the goods, the most expensive one, never arrived (along with several other items). Third off, one item arrived smashed which they refuse to do anything about in terms of refund. I have tried to be in contact with their aftersales people and it is like talking to brick wall that has its back turned. They want ridiculous amounts of information about the goods when you talk to them about goods that haven't even arrived. One of the questions on one of their forms is, Please provide a parcel number, this is for an item I have never received. How am I supposed to provide a parcel number for this? Ridiculous company which is a shame, because most of the items we received are very good and we like them a lot. But safe to say, we won't ever use them again and will be recommending against them as well. Also, can you hurry up and process my refund for the items that we haven't received? I placed the order over 3 months ago now and am waiting on a refund of almost £900.
