Absolute joke of a shopping experience... In September (yes, almost 3 months ago), I ordered a desk and a candle. Two weeks ago, I was told, my order is being shipped, with the candle and the desk being mentioned in the order details. 8 days later, the candle arrived – and my order was marked "delivered". I asked the shipping company about my desk and they said, they have no clue, I should talk to Sklum I tried reaching Sklum, but all they offer is a lousy chatbot (they even disabled the comments in der Instagram, so people wouldn't ask questions). The first time I asked the chatbot, it told me, my order was already delivered. The second time I asked the chatbot, it told me, my order could not be found. No email address, no telephone number, nothing. All I know is that I paid about 500 Euro for a candle – because my desk is nowhere to be found. I'm actively hoping they respond to this review because it's the only hope I have to actually get a response from a human being. Otherwise, I will definitely take legal action.
