Disastrous after-sales service
Disastrous after-sales service, I have purchased several times from Sklum, and I have always had incidents for one reason or another. I'm not worried about damage, but I am worried about their after-sales service. The last case I bought a piece of furniture a few months ago, I went back to the website and bought the same one, same photos, there was no difference in the photos, exactly the same, before it said color 'black' and now 'charcoal black', but the photos were the same exactly. The order arrives and the new furniture is dark gray, very different from the previous one, the color is a lot different. I tell them that the photos on the website should have been changed, that they lead to errors, and even more so if they call the new color almost the same. They accept my return but I pay the return costs (delivery costs). I complain to them and they have not paid any attention to me. I will file a complaint with consumption Office. They are arrogant and do not admit any fault. I won't buy again. It is very unfair that when buying online they make a mistake (they do not change the photos of the new color) and I have to pay the return costs.
Sklum contacts me via email to tell me the same thing, they are not going to refund the return costs.... A lot of words, sorry but we keep the money for the return costs, they still don't acknowledge the error, not even mentioning the fact that they should have changed the photos on the website to avoid giving space to error.
I honestly will not buy again and recommend not doing so. A company are people, and I choose much more reliable people.
