Not competent and reliable.. Failed to deliver on time and we waited with no notice on cancellation of the time frame specified for delivery. All that because they didn't calculate the dimensions of the item correctly and changed to delivery handling instead of the usual box machine. Almost three hours later the courier came and of course he left because we had to leave .. Wasted four hours waiting. Instead of delivering the next day the try through their system to reschedule on the weekend and beyond. There is nobody picking up any phones.. Just an automated call center .. Bad with no respect for the customer.
