Ordering was easy, I was concerned and confused on an email so when I called, I received a machine, which led to another. I didn't care for that. As for the jewelry it's self I'd like to see more solid 3D rings. I'm still waiting on my package, not your fault and wondering what free gift came with it. The wife is excited, however in the email it doesn't get mentioned one time so I hope a free gift does show up. Much love to you guys and it may not be as soon as some would like but I will be a repeat user.
