The item I ordered was a set of metal dice with accompanying case. Although a mix-up of some sort resulted in me only receiving the case at first, I received the requisite dice within a week at no additional charge. The customer service was friendly and understanding, and I don't hold this instance against them at all. This was my fifth order from them, and the only exception to the great experiences I've had. Even then, they handled the issue quickly and I have no additional complaints. With awesome selection at fair prices, I definitely plan to continue ordering from them.
