I played spent a lot of money went to withdraw and then was told an issue so suspended my account, back story the moment I withdrawn into a card I was unsure where it had came from last time it was used I made them aware immediately but my requests were ignored just wait five days!! Eventually after realising the money was not coming they looked into my account and said something about a card should not have been on my account but I have had no communication what the actual issue is or what the problem is I have attempted to ask for supervisors to call to discuss the issue supplied all relevant documents also as requested then I get a random email below no explanation and still no money which I won!! Also amount of money I have spent on this site over the years is big I play football time for Ladbrokes after reporting to gaming commission for the errors in your lack of support
