Rented Movie from Sky Store was told had 7 days to watch. Started watching then had to stop it half way through.
Went back to watch few days later & the film was not on my Account.
Contacted Sky & they said once you press the play button you have 48hrs to watch it.
This was not mentioned when I purchased the film & it is Not on the T&C's.
I wrote to them 3 times complaining & they refuse to do anything even though its there fault for not letting me know the Terms. All they say is '48hrs to watch.
This is unacceptable & will not rent another film from them if that is how they treat their people who are in the right.
