Booked a heroic run for the pro to give me the wrong time for the run. Contacted the company to get a refund, and was passed to 3 different people. Wound up being told that I had to email their accounting department to get a refund. I have ordered from them before and this hasn't happened, but customer support was not good and will definitely be taking my business to one of their competitors
