NOTE, they offer reviewers $5 for each review which is why they have so many 5 star reviews Keep away at all costs if you value your time, money and sanity! I ordered initially 2 orders and other than a little delay I had no issues, so I made another order and that’s when they showed there true selves. The order I placed was marked as delivered but I received nothing! When asked about it they spent several days trying to convince the “PRO” to provide any proof that he sent the order but only provided screenshot of an account that’s not mine! On the contrary I provided them with screenshots, videos and they even have my username and password which I asked them to login and see if I received the order but they still were “unsure” who is lying, myself or the pro! After several more days they still refused to provide a refund or deliver the order, so they offered to send me half what I paid for! After more requesting a full refund they agreed to send me the whole order. The order was assigned to a new pro who now claims there is a problem with my account and cannot deliver the order! So how come the first pro easily delivered the first order but now there is a problem with the account? After several more days they only delivered half of what I paid! When asked about it the tech support was “shocked” why I am asking about it again. I showed her a screenshot of their promise to send me a full refund but she said the other agent was “confused”. So after almost 3 weeks I wasted my money, my time and got called out as a liar and scammer. Btw all of this is supported by screenshots.
