They lied to me and said if I pay extra for "express" my order will be handled in 15 to 20 minutes, so I trust them and make my purchase, WoW 3+1 mythic 20 for ~45 CAD, as soon as I hit purchase it turns into $49.26 and when I check my bank it says -69.66 CA$. I don't even care or complain about this to support as I paid extra for "Express" which again support told me before purchase that it will make my order be completed within 15 to 20 minutes. For the next 3 hours, I keep being told to wait for a "PRO player" to contact me, and after 3 hours of wait, I am being told that my order will be done tonight! AFTER RESET AND a few days before season 4 where any rewards from this are completely useless now. I asked for a refund and they are asking me if I want another "PRO player" to take my order, I am more mad that they wasted my time for 3 hours and they kept saying wait as if it's gonna happen next minute. I will update this review if anything changes.
