Ordered a Nerub'ar Palace Heroic Boost with loot share option. They put me in a normal group loot raid instead when i asked them why they gave me some stupid answer about connection issues etc. I asked for a refund for the loot share option and they flat out refused instead they tried to make me pay MORE to ''fix'' the issue asking me to order the same thing again... Screenshots of their support chat can be provided i saved everything. Do not give these people your money. Update 12/10/2024 I was contacted by ''Oscar'' to rectify the situation, he offered me a refund OR the same service for free. I accepted the same service for free HOWEVER my refund would only be given if i first removed this review. I told them i would remove this negative review and write a positive one if you went through with the refund however this ''Oscar'' was in no mood to actually refund me all he wanted was this review gone. This company will scam you and try to blackmail you in order to remove your negative review Stay away.
