Unfortunately, my experience with Skycoach has been extremely negative and far below expectations. I purchased a World of Warcraft boosting service, trusting the reassurances provided on their website and by customer service. Before proceeding, I specifically asked if the boosting was safe, and I was assured that everything would be handled using professional VPN tools to mask the IP and protect my account. To their credit, the orders themselves were completed as requested. However, the way they convince customers to place orders is misleading and dishonest. When I checked the login history on my Battle.net account, I discovered that the IP had not been masked as promised, with unmasked login attempts from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and other distant locations. I contacted Skycoach for clarification, and after numerous messages and endless obstacles, I was asked to provide an encrypted file showing the IP login history, as directly requested by Blizzard. I provided all the necessary documentation, including screenshots showing the unmasked logins, and the affected orders: ORDERS: KD93666, AR87322, VY81822, UH81689 The customer service response was entirely inadequate: “I understand your feelings but could you clarify what is the issue of not using VPN if there is no any risk for your account?” It seems they were either unaware that logging in from geographically distant IPs within a short period presents a high risk to customer accounts, or they pretended not to know to downplay the issue. Furthermore, when we tried to settle the matter peacefully, I was offered an unacceptable proposal: 1 million gold in exchange for removing the review from Trustpilot, as shown in the screenshots I have. This further demonstrates that Skycoach’s intention was not to resolve the issue honestly, but to manipulate the situation and hide the truth. The “solution” they offered was a 30% cashback to use on future purchases, which is unacceptable given the initial lack of transparency. Additionally, they asked if I wanted to use the “self-played” option going forward, where I would play alongside a pro. However, this option is already available on the site, so it’s not really a solution at all. This experience has left me with no trust in this company: I have saved all chats with agents and screenshots as proof of these discrepancies. I will be looking for more reliable alternatives and strongly advise against using Skycoach for anyone seeking a safe and transparent service.
