If you’re from Asia Pacific you might not be able to wake up at 1 or 3am to join their raid. End of season normal raid is only a few slots due to slow demand. Thus I can’t use the package Heroic raid + free normal raid. They didn’t show the timeslot so I couldn’t know before buying. The package Heroic + free leveling is misleading too. You have to choose loot option and price will shoot up from 9.99 usd to 59.99 usd. Their customer service Mia tried to give me a few options like piloted play (I don’t want to give out login details) and discount for other heroics. But I can’t use any of that or waking up early at 3am to play. So now I’m stuck as I already paid them. Don’t be like me.
