Hi, I was supposed to receive an item around the 30th of August, but I didn't. When I messaged the seller for the first time, on the 5th of September they told me due to the Royal Mail strike, deliveries were delayed. Fine, no problem. Today, the 21st of September I contacted them again and received a call from someone called Ashley, very rude telling me that Royal Mail tried to deliver it ONCE but I wasn't home. He said that if I placed an order, I should stay home and wait for it (even though the orders were delayed. I had no idea of when they would arrive! So how could I guess, and not leave the house?!). He said that I wasn't going to have the money back because I didn't wait for it. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they are sending me a refund already. I wasn't home and never received any information about the item. I asked for tracking information and wasn't given either. No info, no item and they were refusing to send me the money back. It actually made me laugh. Unbelievable.
