They are not responding to 3 messages via the ebay messaging system, 3 direct emails, one email from ebay, and their phone only has a recorded message which SAYS TO email. This company has no intention in responding to the warranty claim! That is against Ebay rules and trading standards. I want my money back from them as they have not upheld their part of the deal!
