My BT TV Box Pro stopped working after 6 months. I emailed the supplier at 6.30pm on Friday evening, expecting to have lots of hassle to get it sorted. However, the supplier rang me back within 30minutes to discuss my problem. He then texted me instructions on what to do, which did not work straight away, so I queried by text and got an instant reply and after a further telephone conversation to clarify the instructions the box is now working normally. Top marks for service in my view.
