Helped us source the size of window needed and the delivery driver was very careful and problem solved how to get the windows where they needed to go with no help as no builders on site as we are doing the roof ourselves as novices. Fast delivery to Scotland, great quality product. The window survived in a van all the way from London, the delivery driver was incredibly careful, friendly and skilled... and a terrible thing to admit but after delivered, as my friend and I brought one of our 1.5 x 1.5m rooflight into the house...we knocked its corner on a slab and it completely shattered one of the panes. We are absolutely gutted as the windows are amazing quality but was so heavy for the two of us to lift....so we will be stuck with some ply wood sheet on the roof for a while until we grow the funds to replace. So be careful when moving them yourselves...we have since invested in suction cups but our confidence in moving them is shattered too :(
