APPALLING
I booked the night before on the app. In the morning I cancelled it, gave ample time. I was charged. Called the the lady said i would get my refund within 24 hours, which i did not get. Called again lady was rude, having to repeat to her several times, the time i booked, time i cancelled. She said it would have to be looked into,as if i was lieing. I said to her why on earth would i lie, i know she could see it was cancelled. Still have not recieved my refund. Absolutely discuiting, wont be using sky line again. Didn't even want to give one star.
