Rude attitude towards the customer, miscommunication between the taxi drivers and operators. Booked taxi to collect me and my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog from the groomers at Midlands Road Wellingborough. Asked for pets friendly driver , explained that I have a blanket and dog seat belt with me. Driver arrived, parked on the opposite side of the busy road, shouted- " did you told about the dog? " . I confirmed- "yes" . Then he just shouted at me something ( couldn't hear properly due to the traffic noise) and just drove off! I understand that not everyone dos like the dogs or have allergy issues. But that's not the right way on how to treat the customers! That's the miscommunication between the drivers and the operators. We were left standing at the busy road, had to walk to the quieter road and book the taxi again. The cab number is KV69XJ black Toyota. Bad customer service.
