Exceptional experience! Very professional and friendly approach, the skateboards I have ordered was not available, Slam City Skateboard did email me with alternatives and contacted by phone as I didn’t managed to see the email, so the manager did call me so I could choose alternatives to my kids. Even though one of the skateboards was coming from the warehouse, both arrived by Sunday, as promised they did manage to deliver prior to Xmas! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism! Would definitely consider them for future and highly recommend them! Very Happy costumer!!
