The hair is superb. I love the hair. But the customer service is terrible. I have had over 3 incorrect orders, I've paid extra for express 2-day shipping for hair that did not arrive to me for well over a week and was promised to get refunded but never was, AND I have ordered the same type of hair 3 different times, and was sent a different type of hair every.single.time. Like I said the hair is dope but know that there's a good chance of you losing money or not getting the product you paid for when you make any purchases.
