They are scammers. I placed 2 orders and returned 1 and never received my money back. I was texting someone from the company who stopped responding and didn't issue a refund for the return. Oh the hair is HORRIBLE!! I wore it to Aruba and it tangled in the water. By far the worst hair I ever brought but buying 3 bundles of 22 for 150 should've been a flag enough for me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
