I'm very disappointed with Slay hair. I put in an order and they cancelled because I used a promotion code and received 50% off. I received a phone call from them and they asked me where I got the promotion code from and I said a friend, which was true. Then then hung up on me and cancelled my order. They also reported me as fraud on PayPal. I will never order hair from them and my friend said the hair wasn't good quality anyway.
