The hair was terrible tangled shedding felt completely synthetic I talked to someone about it and they said it was like that due to the person that installed it but last time I checked the person that installed it didn't make the hair?!???? it was just the worst hair I have ever had had it in for about three weeks because I couldn't take it anymore !
