Where do I begin?... well 1st off something went wrong with my order. Tried to get in touch with cx service but no one responded, consequently I had to end up canceling. I attempted to
reorder using the same paypal account but fir whatever reason it would not allow me. Called PayPal and they advised me to call the vendor about the issue. I did. There was no resolve after one person tried to help me and then after that there was no response to my messages/email. Anyway because I was deperate to get that particular hair which it seemed only they had so I asked a friend to set up a paypal accoint in her name, Order the hair for me and I gave her the cash. It worked. Finally got the hair. It was beautiful. 4 bundles HOWEVER it matted and knotted up lile nobody's business. Sigh... all that trouble for somewhat disappointment smh.
