First of all, this was the WORST hair I have ever purchased. Look out for good deals, most of the time it's not good quality. No one is slaying in this hair. It tangles, no it knots when it's washed. You spend an hour trying to brush it loose all while the hair is coming out because you have to brush so hard. And conditioner does nothing to help this catastrophic situation. I had wads if hair come out while combing, took pictures to send to the company to report after only 1 week of using the hair. I was told I would receive another shipment, which never came. Waited weeks, and then reached out 3 more time to get an update on shoot the new order just to be ignored and the so-called customer service just stopped responding to me all together. Til this day, no refund, no replacement order and no communication from this company. Not that I would have wanted more of this garbage hair anyway, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as I know sometime there are bad batches of hair, but the customer service took it to the next level. Don't tell me you are replacing my order just to not keep you word and ignore me until I go away. Awful
