Unfortunately this was very bad hair. My closure continued to spread/lose hair and I started looking like a person who was balding. I had to take it out and when I asked for a new one-not a refund-but a replacement; I was rudely spoken to and blamed for the closure spreading in one week. After sending tons of pictures showing the balding closure the "customer service" gentleman then said he would send me a new closure. It was never sent, I continued to ask for a tracking number/a date and was ignored. I gave up trying because it was bad quality hair anyway. Please work on your customer service and produce a quality product. The "Burmese exotic" was matted and shedded like crazy! I will NOT purchase nor recommend this hair to anyone.
