This company has asked for a review multiple times. As stated in previous responses, the quality of hair I received was shoddy, cheap, horrendous, and unacceptable. I was promised a replacement order that was never sent even though it was offered on " managements" behalf twice! Please stop contacting me unless it's about refunding my money or actually sending me quality hair as you portray through your advertising, which I am now convinced is deceitful and false. As a company that I assume is "African American", you are ripping off your peers that you need to build your customer base. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint, nor will it be the last with the horrible customer service you've displayed. Know better, Do better!
