The hair tangled alot and shredded alot , when I spoke to the owner he agreed to replace it and took my address to send me new hair and told me to throw away the old hair ..well weeks went by so I called and another guy stayed that he didn't say that and he was the owner now after he contacted the other guy who admitted it ...then he says to send the hair back and I said how can I when it's in the trash bc the other owner said not to send it back after I sent pics..so pretty much they cheated me and I would advise know one to get the hair nor trust the owner
