I ordered some hair and as soon as I hit confirm order I realized that I ordered the wrong lengths..I understood it was my fault, but still called customer service in hopes that I would be able to rectify the situation. I believe the owner himself answered and told me he was going on a trip but txt him the lengths I wanted and my order number and he would fix it. I did so and a few days later I called again and got no answer. The next day he reached out to me (I'm guessing after he returned) and told me he had no recollection of our conversation. He then told me I would be receiving what ever he sent and if I had a problem to send it back he would send me an invoice with the price difference and we would go from there. Understandable, so I send the hair back and filed a complaint with pay pal because after sending the hair he was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and did not speak like someone who wanted to maintain customer repore. He recieved my hair and I never got a refund, even if we were not in direct correspondence (because of the dispute) he received my return package that had my order number and name. He chose to keep the hair and the money simply because he could. I filed my complaint after I sent the hair and did not get a tracking number so I had no real proof he got my hair. But he gave me the address personally over the phone, so I know he got it. What I'm trying to say here is there are many other hair companies with affordable hair and great customer service, go try some of them. You will seriously regret giving your money to someone like him...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
