Communication is horrible . This is my first time ordering hair offline and it is literally everything I feared when ordering hair offline . The shipping times are a lie . I ordered on the 3rd and still have not received hair . Tracking number is wrong . They do not answer phones calls or text messages or emails and barely reply on instagram if you have already bought your hair . I don't recommend them at all. I will update you on the hair IF I ever receive it. DONT BUY FROM SLAY QUEENS! Go to Ali exspress ! You may have to look really hard to find good hair but I'm telling you at least you will get what you paid for and ON TIME .
