So far from what I can tell, the hair itself is okay. However, the customer service and the business is very unprofessional!! There is no reason that they should have office hours and never answer the phone when trying to be reached. The website says not to reach them through email and then they never responded to the Facebook messenger! Shipping was very late and I thought it was a scam for a while. The only reason my package eventually came is because the company shipped it after I opened a dispute with them on PayPal! Would it order from here again
