I purchased 3bundles and 1 360closure of exotic wave. The closure looks good it has perfect fullness pre plucked,etc. But when I got it installed the wave pattern fell. The hair is beyond tangled, when I run my finger through it (yes from bottom to top) to get them out,it comes out drastiically in big clumps. Worst than synthetic! Once their all out,minutes later it's tangles again. It looks like a big puffy for until wet. When it's wet it looks pretty but spoons it stories it's back to a puffy frizzball. My total purchase came to $270 with shipping and I am completely disappointed because of this loss. Never again will I order again from here.
