Customer service / hair. My order was supposed to arrive within in 6 business days. You guys told me the day before the 6th business day that it would come so I made my hair apt . It didn't so I bought new hair and had it over nighted. I told them about you guys and they waived the shipping fee. Good thing I bought new hair because your hair was not what I expected .. the ends were super thin and dry . The curl pattern was not the same as the pictures . I've told one of you before on ig that I noticed you guys post pics of other females saying it's one curl pattern then under the next pic you'll say something totally different . That's one sign I should've considered . Another red flag the REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE . I should've looked at them before waisting my money. And one last thing STOP posting pics of females who aren't wearing your hair. I've wrote them and asked and all 3 said they have hair from you but the pic you guys posted wasn't your hair they were wearing at the time. Thanks again for NOTHING !
