I paid on Jan 4 $690 including overnight shipping. I only received one of my orders and did not receive my other order which was 3 custom colored Malaysian body wave hair with a frontal. I’ve emailed and called this company and I can’t receive no response back. I then messaged their Instagram page and I have screenshots stating that it was sent with my first order (which was wrong as well: they sent me ackosire instead of a frontal) the ig page said that they will resend the hair with a new tracking number, but when I ask for the tracking number they won’t respond back. I am furious because they took my hard earned money and never sent my hair or gave me a refund.
