The bed and mattress arrived on Time driver was friendly and help e out lift it.After build up the bed notice that most of the inner thread was clocked with melt plastic . I needed to clean the all out to get the screws inside.After while its getting annoying to do that.The price stay in no relation to the quality and service the serve.The bed doesnt look like on the picture there is a gab looks like there is a part missing of the headboard .the Slats are damage and some of them are twisted in them self its not possible to get screws inside. They only count very short on them coz of the high cost there was only 4 inside the box.I was writting a complain and ask for new parts or my money back but nobody got back to me.Honestly i hate my new bed and will get away out of it soon its just wasting money .Normaly bed should be like place where u can relax and come down and not get angry when u lay in them
